By using this website or signing up for the SwingAtlas private beta, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The website and the beta program

SwingAtlas is a product of ARCFORM LLC, currently in private beta. Beta access is offered at our sole discretion and may be modified, paused, or revoked at any time. Beta software may contain bugs, may change without notice, and is provided "as is."

Intellectual property

The SwingAtlas name, logo, and product design are trademarks of ARCFORM LLC, with federal registration pending. The underlying technology is protected by multiple pending U.S. provisional patent applications. Nothing on this site grants any license, express or implied, to use any of these intellectual property rights.

Disclaimers

SwingAtlas is intended to support training and improvement, not to replace professional coaching, fitting, or medical advice. Performance claims describe research methodology, not guarantees of user outcomes. The app is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARCFORM LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, the SwingAtlas beta, or any associated materials.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
